Wag ‘N Wash’s 13th Annual Pet Food Drive
For 13 years now, Wag ‘N Wash, Bergen County’s 1st Do-It-Yourself Dog Wash & Professional Pet Grooming has been helping to feed animals and aid those people who do not have the money to feed their pets. We continue our holiday tradition in 2013 and announce our annual pet food drive to benefit Fly Away Home Rescue Inc. and the many animals from high kill, inner city shelters that they save each year. We have collected close to a total of 60,000 pounds of food for animals in the past 13 years and the amount that people donate each year increases as does their kindness.
We have created another way for everyone to give. Any client who orders any of our new Spa Services from December 3rd – December 31st, Wag ‘N Wash will donate 50% of all sales to FLY AWAY HOME RESCUE, INC. Our Spa Services Menu is listed on our newly designed website and is located at the entrance to our shop.
From December 3rd through December 31st donations of any size bag of the following items can be dropped off at Wag ‘N Wash in East Rutherford. The items the group is in most need of are:
Bully Sticks

Please join us in helping orphaned animals. All proceeds will help benefit Fly Away Home Inc. Inc, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation that relies solely donations and fund-raising activities for its income. Within the past year, Fly Away Home Inc. has saved many cats and dogs from death and rescued them from terrible lives in crowded city shelters waiting to die. They have provided extensive medical, emotional and social rehabilitation, and placed many abused and neglected animals in loving homes to live out their lives as cherished family members. Every day, beautiful, sensitive and unwanted animals are being destroyed in pounds and shelters, that is why their work is so necessary.
